For
organizations that rely on Microsoft Exchange as a business critical
resource, archiving technologies are fast becoming one of the
preferred cost effective methods to improve flexibility, resilience
and performance of the Exchange Server.
Archive One is an
archiving system that addresses the classical archiving requirement of
identifying and moving items to a less critical store but also
addresses the need for cleaning the information stores, (e.g. only
allowing messages up to 60 days old in a sent items folder). This
unique approach is referred to as ‘capacity and content control’.
