This white paper describes how the Avinti
iSolation Server prevents unknown targeted threats from entering your
network.
Recent Warezov Q & U worm variants are recent examples of 88 different
exploits that penetrated existing perimeter protection between April &
September 2006, but were blocked by the Avinti iSolation server without any
virus patterns. Using virtual-machine technology to test the actual behavior
of unknown e-mail attachments, new variations cannot evade the signature-less
iSolation Server because it opens and runs the attachments inside a secure
virtual machine triggering on malicious behavior like system registry
modification or unauthorized self replication.
