Setting up for Compliance

Archive One Compliance can be installed and configured in minutes. It utilizes Exchange Server Journaling technology to capture copies of every new email. This email data is then extracted by Archive One Compliance from the Journal, indexed to allow fast data search and retrieval and placed within storage medium that meets the compliance demands of your organization. It maintains Single Instance Storage for optimum storage efficiency.

Specifications and requirements.
Archive One Compliance operation, retrieval and reporting, is controlled by a designated Compliance Administrator level authority.

Archive One Compliance works with Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003. Archive One Compliance requires Win2000 server. A single Archive One Compliance server can process multiple Exchange servers in the same Exchange Site.

Client
Archive One Compliance does not need any client software installed.

Compressing Data
Archive One Compliance stores data in standard compressed format and restores messages to original status without intervention, for efficient storage.

Security/ Admin and searching
Interfaces with the Compliance Administrator through intuitive GUI for secure access, control, search, retrieval and sampling.
