Companies are experiencing substantial growth in storage due to their high reliance on email. Archive Attender is an automated email archiving tool that moves essential data out of the email and into a secure, external storage device. Administrators also have the ability to control and grant access rights to users. By doing this, users are able to archive their own messages/attachments and reduce the amount of time they normally spend maintaining their mailboxes. With Archive Attender, users can view their archived messages within Outlook and sort/group their archived messages. Additionally, users are able to manage their own archived messages by retrieving and forwarding messages directly out of the archive. Archive Attender is easy to install and there no additional hardware or client installations required.

Administrative Features
