SIGABA PLUGINS OPTION
Sigaba plug-ins enable security to be extended to the desktop on an as-needed basis, a capability not available from other email security providers.
This is critical for two applications:
Sensitive communications within your organization, such as those between top executives, legal staff, and human resources personnel.
Secure communications to individuals in organizations without a Sigaba Gateway, such as an important supplier or customer.
IT administrators can still maintain corporate encryption policies by placing the desktop control policy at a lower priority than corporate policies.
HOW IT WORKS
After registering, the user downloads a small piece of software that quickly installs into the existing email client. To send a message securely, he or she simply clicks the "Send Secure" button that the Sigaba plug-in adds to the email interface and the message is encrypted on the fly. Incoming messages are decrypted automatically.
