securiQ.Clerk duplicates electronic mail arriving within a defined range of dates and times to specified users or user groups. The product can be configured so that e-mails from various senders and domains are forwarded to different delegates. For confidential information from specific senders and for encrypted messages, forwarding can be disabled. organiziQ.Clerk can also send confirmations of receipts and forwarded e-mails to the sender, recipient and delegate.With its simple configuration and access authorization features, organiziQ.Clerk can be activated, for example, by secretaries and other authorized people.
