Titus Email & Document Classification TOOLS

The Titus User-Driven Message & Document Classification suite provides the user with the ability to Classify email and documents at time of creation/sending, thereby maintaining accurate & auditable user-driven email security & retention policies.

The family of email classification products include Message Classification, the premier classification and policy enforcement software for Outlook & OWA, and MessageRights, an Outlook based client which includes the ability to restrict the distribution of sensitive email.  The other member of the email classification family, Titus Labs Rights Gateway,  is server-based policy enforcement software for Microsoft Exchange that allows administrators to stop sensitive, confidential or classified information from being distributed to unauthorized individuals and domains.

The first member of the Titus Labs family of classification tools for documents is Document Classification for Microsoft Word. Document Classification allows users to apply classification properties to Microsoft Word documents. These properties can be displayed in the document itself to create user awareness of the proper handling of the document, and can be used to help users and administrators find documents that have particular classification properties.

Typical solutions where Titus Labs family of classification software would be used include Security and Privacy, Legislative Compliance, and Military and Government environments.
