Titus Labs Rights GatewayTM is server-based policy enforcement software for Microsoft Exchange that allows customers to manage the distribution of valuable corporate email. Designed for large enterprises, Rights Gateway allows administrators to stop sensitive, confidential or classified information from being distributed to unauthorized individuals and domains.
Rights Gateway works in conjunction with Titus Labs' Message Classification and MessageRights client software to stop certain categories of email from leaving the enterprise. Working via the Outlook client, Message Classification or MessageRights force users to apply a classification label to all outgoing email. The Rights Gateway server can then scan all outgoing email for these labels and will ensure that sensitive email is not mistakenly forwarded outside of the enterprise or outside of trusted partners. In addition, Rights Gateway can ensure that email originally labeled as sensitive in nature cannot be forwarded outside of the trusted enterprise by rogue employees.
