“Unify is like an expert system that is programmed to perform day-to-day AD/Exchange operations under the guidance of staff members who may not
be particularly
experienced.”
Ferris Research
"We
were impressed by the speed and ease
with which Unify
was installed. It has certainly made user provisioning a
much simpler and more productive task and has
freed
our IT department for other more critical purposes.”
Jonathon Taylor, IT Manager
California
State University
"Unify
has enabled us to accelerate our go-to-market program by
simplifying the process of provisioning new customers, and
allowing them to manage themselves. Since we deployed
Unify, TELUS has reduced its cost of operations by more
than 40%."
Jean-Pierre L. Gauvin Senior Product Manager Messaging and
Collaboration, TELUS
“Before
Unify, we spent three hours per day resetting passwords, now we spend less than 30
minutes. Users now manage their own accounts based on standard IT policy, improving response
time while giving IT a complete audit trail. It’s a great addition to our environment. We can handle
employee growth without adding new IT staff.”
David Truong, Lead Senior System Engineer,
CashEdge

Microsoft Exchange 2010 is an essential element of workforce collaboration and productivity. So when it’s time to migrate the mailboxes, external contacts, distribution lists, and other objects in your setup from Exchange 2003
or 2007 to Exchange 2010, you don’t want to take any chances. You want a proven solution that minimizes downtime, reduces costs, and improves your ability to manage Exchange.
Unify Exchange Migration Manager enables you to test and automate the migration tasks, through a simple web interface, dramatically reducing the costs affiliated with this transition.
Benefits/Features
Ability to Schedule Specific Migration Jobs
Migrations are scheduled as jobs at defined intervals. The source, destination, objects, and email address for notifications, can be specified separately for each scheduled migration job. The migration can be a single mailbox, OU, or entire mail store.
Mailbox Move Results Notification
Notification of completed migration jobs is made automatically. The IT admin need not be present. In the event of a failure, administrators can reschedule failed objects individually without having to re-run the entire job.
Complete Audit Trail
The Ensim Migration tool provides detailed logs of the entire migration process, including any objects that fail migration - dramatically simplifying troubleshooting.
Safe Roll-back Procedures
Any failed migration process is flagged and rolled back to a state where the problem can be corrected, allowing the rest of the job to be completed as scheduled. No digging through log files looking for failed processes.
Minimal IT Intervention
No PowerShell experience is required. Manual steps are removed. Downtime and potential risk are reduced.
Automatic Creation New User Profile in Outlook
Migrating generally requires an IT administrator to create a new user profile in Outlook. Unify eliminates this requirement by notifying the user through a convenient web portal and with a single click on the link provided, creates the appropriate user profile on the target machine.
A Complete Solution
The Unify migration tool reads and writes both Exchange and Active Directory data as well as communicates with existing Unify installations
