OmniAnalyser™  collects metric information on all messaging traffic, server availability, mail delivery times and mail store content for Microsoft Exchange Lotus Notes and SendMail. All collected data can be viewed in the OmniAnalyser™ Reports. 

Reports are web-based and accessible via intranet or internet, and include:

Installed in the entire company network, OmniAnalyser™ provides a reliable base for the messaging traffic management, by supplying complete statistics on company’s mail, including each message parameters, message delay and NDR statistics, the amount of messages circulating in the system; top senders and receivers, as well as mailbox and public folder storage trends, information store contents and replication traffic information

·     Checking the mail system configuration correctness, capacity planning and other system management activities
The information received by OmniAnalyser™ helps tune the overall system configuration, see how shared resources are used by different sites and departments as well as balance the server workload and estimate accurately efficiency of and plan for system enhancements, such as bandwidth or servers resources, on the basis of statistics history 

      Cost chargeback for organisational units
The company’s mail costs at the level of mailboxes, servers, any business units and departments are calculated and shown to you in OmniAnalyser™ reports

Transparency & Scalability
OmniAnalyser's non-intrusive architecture minimizes the overhead of information collection. The Agent is a small Windows service that collects data on each monitored Exchange or Lotus Domino server. The Analyser then collects from the monitored servers and populates a central database.
