Mail Attender 5.0 for Lotus Domino improves quota and document retention management
Mail Attender is a rules-based Email Quota Management, Mailbox Scanning and Document Retention/Deletion management product for users of Lotus Notes/Domino and Microsoft Exchange. It  enables management of email policy by providing centralized control and authority over Lotus Notes mail databases and the Exchange Information Store.

Version 5.0 of the Lotus Domino product adds new features to improve management of folders, mail access rights, documents & attachments, out-of-office and quotas.

Database Attender 5.0 adds Records Management to Lotus Domino Application Databases
Database Attender gathers and summarizes all important database information, including properties and statistics, ACL properties, ACL entries and roles... even design elements. And every time Database Attender executes, this information is dynamically refreshed. Moreover, Database Attender can be used to pro-actively manage database deployment (including multi-database applications), as well as monitor database content.

New in release 5.0, Database Attender’s new Records Management features will help your organization reduce Legal Liability and comply with Government Regulations. New features include:

• Document Retention  Report and/or Delete Documents based upon Content, Date Range , or Age (by Creation or Last Modified Date). Include/exclude databases and/or orphaned documents.

• Archiving  Archive Documents based upon Date Range or Age (by Creation or Last Modified Date). Include/exclude databases and/or orphaned documents.

• Agent Reporting  Report on the name of the agent for the last agent run date.

The addition of the Compliance Manager to Akonix’s L7 Enterprise instant messaging gateway creates the most complete public instant messaging (IM) compliance solution in the market today.
