Sigaba
Secure EMail and Secure Statements ensures secure delivery of email and
application data over the internet
Sigaba Secure Email creates a
protected channel for the exchange of information over email, wireless,
within LAN’s, and desktop-to-desktop. It’s the premier solution for
businesses, banks, lawyers, healthcare professionals, and any
corporation recognizing the urgency of protecting confidential
information. It delivers:
-
Ease-of-use: Sigaba Secure Email is
transparent: your users send email the way they always have.
-
Policy-based control: Security policies are enforced at the
gateway, controlling what is encrypted, virus scanned, filtered,
archived, or flagged for review. This takes the burden off the employee,
ensuring that confidential information is always protected.
-
Message control: You as the sender
maintain control over your message. You decide who can read the
document, when and for how long. You can de-authorize a recipient or
even shred the key before the document is read.
-
Push delivery: The recipient receives the
secure email just like they receive conventional email.
-
Multiple recipient options: Decryption is invisible if the
partner or customer has an Affiliate Gateway, or is done in one easy step with a Plug-In
or using our unique Send Anywhere option. Alternately, the recipient’s S/MIME system can
decrypt the email.
-
Secure reply: With our Secure Reply
feature, recipients can safely reply to an encrypted message and engage
in two-way confidentiality without any client-side software.
Sigaba Secure
Statements creates a safe, convenient link between an enterprise and
its customers and partners. It’s the superlative solution for
creating, managing, and sending electronic statements. It guarantees
secure delivery with distributed key technology, true authentication,
fraud checks, and a robust audit trail. Sigaba Secure Statements offers:

Websense
Client Policy Manager delivers Zero Day Protection against new threats
and protects against unauthorized appliactions.
Websense Enterprise® Client
Policy Manager™ (CPM) delivers Zero Day protection against
unknown security threats and prevents the execution of unauthorized
applications. Only Client Policy Manager enforces employee
application use policies for corporate desktops, laptops and servers
with its unique and comprehensive database of categorized applications,
which is updated daily. Complementing traditional firewall and antivirus
tools, CPM closes the window of exposure to today's fast-moving and
blended security threats.
Employees often introduce new security
challenges for corporate IT groups when downloading applications, or
when traveling with their computers and then reconnecting to the
network, exposing it to malware. Organizations need the ability to:
- Enforce an application
use policy for employees and deliver Zero Day protection
- Detect desktop threats
and attempts to use unauthorized applications
- Protect the enterprise
from known and unknown security threats
- Prevent unauthorized
applications from accessing the network
- Implement and manage
application use polices by category, user or group
CPM provides a new and important layer
of protection for addressing the Zero Day security loophole.
- Network Access
Lockdown – Delivers Zero Day protection against unknown
security threats by blocking access to specific ports and protocols
by application category.
- Application
Lockdown – Provides maximum control over desktop environments
by allowing only approved applications to run on corporate PCs and
servers, thereby preventing unknown, potentially malicious
applications from launching.
- Outbreak Mode
– Enhances enterprise security infrastructure when needed most,
during a virus outbreak, before patches and anti-virus updates can
take effect. Blocks the launch of specific malware by enabling IT to
quickly push policies to PCs in realtime.

One and MaXCompression Keep Attachments Where They
Belong - with Stored E-mail.
If
your mailbox is larger than you would like, don't store attachments
elsewhere - compress them with MaX Compression (page 9), a product that automatically and invisibly
zips and unzips e-mail attachments sent/received, and archive it all
with Archive One (page 2), an
e-mail archiving solution for Microsoft Exchange.
Much
of the recent press around attachment management systems doesn't mention
that there could be legal complications with products that strip
attachments out of e-mail and store them separately. There are also
possible recovery issues with synchronizing two separate data sources
and for remote Outlook Web Access users who may not be able to reach the
'stripped' attachment directly within the e-mail.
"Users in heavily regulated
industries like financial services may not want to use an attachment
management system," says
Clive Horton of ReSoft International. "The link from the attachment
to the original e-mail must remain intact, otherwise a court may not
find the evidence credible in a lawsuit."
Instead
of breaking the archive, many customers pair Archive One with MaX
Compression. "We have had performance issues with overgrown information stores. Space
management and consolidation of archived data is very important," says Luis Diogo at Fish &
Richardson P.C., a national law firm with 300 lawyers in eight U.S.
offices. "Automatic compression plays a big role in keeping the stores healthy,
especially when working in conjunction with an archiving product."
Mobility
Electronics, an Arizona-based manufacturer of innovative portable
computing solutions for the mobile electronics device market, saved
about 30GB in space in just a few weeks with MaX Compression. "Our information store growth
has slowed down significantly," says Michael Cushard, systems engineer. "MaX Compression has worked great for us."

PST
Policy Attender - new tool to manage age, size and compacting of PST
files
When
information is deleted or moved from a PST file, Outlook does not
recognize the availability of the deleted space until the file has been
compacted. By compacting the file, vast amounts of storage space can be
recovered. Without compaction, PST files may reach their threshold
limits and the data within the files may be corrupted. PST Policy
Administrator automatically compacts PST files to recover deleted PST
storage space, reduce the risk of corrupted PST files and ensure that
compaction occurs without any user intervention.
PST Policy Administrator also allows administrators to keep PST storage
in check by deleting aged or large attachments and messages. Once PST
Policy Administrator has cleaned up the PST file, it can automatically
compact the data and free up additional storage to complete the storage
reclamation process.
Features
- Automate the compaction of PST files
- Search for PST files from a network file path
- Zip attachments
- Export/move attachments
- Report on attachments by sender, name, size, age
- Delete messages and attachments
- Move messages
- Report on messages by sender, size, age (server/network based PST
files only)
