Mail Attender 4.3 for Domino improves Mailbox & Quota Management 
Mail Attender is a granular, rules-based Email Quota Management, Mailbox Scanning and Document Retention/Deletion management product for users of Lotus Notes/Domino and Microsoft Exchange. Version 4.3 of Mail Attender for Domino adds features which further help to manage Lotus Notes environments including:

	Document Archiving: Replaces the email message body with a doc-link to the archive database. Mail Attender will retain the email within the selected folder, but will save space by archiving the message body.
	Three levels of Soft Quotas: Allows administrators to customize three different soft quota settings and warning messages to notify users of an impending hard quota limit.
	Manage Attachments by Folders: Mail Attender will search for attachments by specified folders allowing administrators to customize the search areas.

PST Attender 1.1 adds attachment compression and more to PST Management
PST Attender centrally manages Exchange/Outlook personal storage files, (PST files), which are collectively stored on files servers and individual users’ hard drive against defined quota, content and retention criteria. Version 1.1 adds;

	Attachment compression is now included in the action list. This will convert an attachment to a zip file.
	Allows the import of pst files and directories on the Files tab of the rule.
	PST List Reports and PST Summary Reports are included in the action list. These reports are similar to list and summary reports except that the items listed or counted pertain to only one PST file and the reports are posted to a folder in that PST file.
	Ability to automatically start the compacting of a PST file list in the PST Wizard utility. This is useful for scheduling the utility.
	Incorporated the PST Wizard utility into the PST Attender setup rather then as a separate setup

EmailXaminer improves SEC & NASD 3010 email archiving & supervision
EmailXaminer is an add-on to the EmailXtender email archiving product. It helps organizations monitor email content to assure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies. EmailXaminer is also a comprehensive data storage and retrieval system that makes email easier to use and administer.

	IT administrators with full-text, cross-mailbox search capability that helps assure adherence to corporate policies, e.g. bans on offensive language
	up- to-the-minute recovery minimizes the business impact of viruses or tampering
	administrators can purge problematic emails without taking the server down

Active Folders 3.3 for Exchange searches Information Store attachments for content
New release of Active Folders Content Manager for Exchange adds features including:

	searches inside email attachments for content
	allows for search specification of a sub-folder within a mailbox and optionally of that specified subfolder's subfolders
	searches the Exchange dumpster

MIMEsweeper beat tough competition from other market players, including Trend Micro and Symantec.
