New Mail Attender for Exchange Enterprise - consolidates Exchange & PST content & size management
Mail Attender® for Exchange Enterprise is a content management tool for mailboxes, public folders and PST files located on desktops and servers. It automatically manages the entire mail information store via one central web interface. Administrators have the ability to manage and distribute common policies across an entire enterprise in a timely and cost-effective manner.

This product combines the functionality of existing Exchange Attender Utilities (Mail Attender for Exchange v2.x, PST Attender and PST Attender for Desktops) and incorporates new features and functions that were not previously available. It can be used in any sized Exchange environment.

Mail Attender for Exchange Enterprise gives you comprehensive control over PST files and mailboxes. With this tool, administrators will have the ability to:

• Implement corporate policies by constructing rules to govern activity
• Centrally enforce document retention rules
• Locate and retrieve inappropriate content/attachments
• Reclaim storage space by deleting documents, compacting PST files and compressing/zipping attachments
• Address compliance issues
• Automate all aspects of email management
• View extensive statistical information on the entire mail information store (available in both the licensed and evaluation versions)
• Apply actions to the entire company or to a subset of mail users

Archive One Compliance, building on the existing Archive One Capacity Manager, is an archiving, retention and retrieval management application for Microsoft Exchange, designed for organizations that need an effective, robust system that assists them to meet email archival and retrieval regulations.
