Archive One Policy introduces "drag & drop" archiving
This latest version brings some unique new ideas to email archiving. 'Drag and Drop' archiving is a new feature which allows a user to archive an email just by dragging it into the new archive folder. This accommodates emails that users want to archive immediately, or which may be exceptions to the central archiving rule-set. Along with content specific archiving, and multiple storage repositories, this new feature ensures that Archive One is at the forefront of archiving technology.

OmniAnalyser provides a new set of web reports for IBM Lotus Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing (formerly known as Sametime). OmniAnalyser™ helps companies bringing instant messaging in line with actual business usage to cut costs and improve quality of service. The new reports gives administrators analysis and reports on enterprise-wide usage, capacity utilization, and cost allocation of instant messaging. ESRA addresses mailbox privacy for Sarbanes Oxley & HIPAA
One of the biggest risks in ensuring a secure email environment is in correctly setting user permissions. In most Exchange systems there can be tens of thousands of permissions and it is virtually impossible to ensure that all permissions are correctly set to comply with emerging regulations.

Exchange Security Risk Auditor (ESRA) allows you to regularly check permissions:

• Mailbox/Public Folder Access Permissions - Checks which Exchange users have access to which mailboxes and folders. Incorrectly set Access Permissions can lead to users being able to read mail of other users.
