New White Paper: "Measuring Messaging Services Quality from an End-User Perspective"

ReSoft International and Hypersoft have today released a paper discussing the importance of Measuring Messaging Services Quality from an End-User Perspective.

The paper addresses the importance of measuring the quality of service a user is experiencing in their interaction with the messaging system for activities such as sending e-mail, accessing a calendar and running directory requests and how the OmniAnalyser solution, using robotic simulation of user-access, can capture and report on these items. Such automated testing needs to be accomplished from internal and external locations to determine whether a potential bottleneck is on the server side or on the network between end-users and their respective data center. 

ReSoft International has partnered with Hypersoft GmbH, developer of the OmniAnalyser solution, to publish this new paper.

The paper is designed to assist organizations running Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and SMTP email systems in understanding how to measure the key User Interactions with the Messaging Systems, including:

- Change a viewed folder
- Send a message with attachment
- Reply to a message with attachment
- Open a message
- Create a calendar appointment
